Deposit & Cancellation Policy

At Curl Envy, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our clients while maintaining an efficient schedule. To secure your appointment, a 25% deposit of your total service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service on the day of your appointment.
A payment link via Square will be sent, and payment is due upon receipt. Deposits can also be made via e-transfer to curlenvyinc@gmail.com.

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

We understand that unexpected situations arise. To help us keep our schedule running smoothly, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

  • Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a 25% cancellation fee of your scheduled service.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
  • Deposits are non-refundable; however, with proper notice, your deposit can be applied to a future appointment.

Late Arrival Policy

To ensure we stay on schedule and respect the time of all our clients, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us provide the best service to everyone.
